1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ComplySphere ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ComplySphere is a workplace incident documentation application providing incident logging, AI-powered legal analysis, multi-jurisdiction law matching, document analysis, translation, and PDF export.
ComplySphere provides informational guidance only and does NOT constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified legal professional for specific legal matters.
3. User Accounts
You may use the App as an individual or as part of an organisation. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments
Certain features require credits (entry analysis, document analysis, profile analysis, translation). Credits are purchased via Stripe, are non-transferable, and subject to platform refund policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel via the App at any time. Unused monthly quotas do not roll over.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain rights to the App's source code, design, AI models, and legal databases. You retain ownership of all content you create (incidents, documents, reports). You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for providing the service.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI analysis is generated by Anthropic Claude and is informational only. AI may make errors or provide incomplete information. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it. AI output does not replace professional legal counsel.
7. Disclaimers
COMPLYSPHERE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of legal information. Laws change frequently and local variations may apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. Delete local data via Settings, cancel subscriptions, and request cloud data deletion. We may suspend access for Terms violations, fraud, or abuse.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Before filing claims, you agree to contact us for resolution and participate in good-faith negotiation for 30 days.
